RESERVATION TERMS
* While the hotel block is coordinated by your stylist, accommodations are booked individually and not included in the package price.
* Clients are responsible for independent payment of any flights, transportation, and/or all additional purchases including shopped vintage finds.
* Dining and beverages are at the client’s discretion, except where explicitly included above.
* Your personal stylist will handle all itinerary planning and experience coordination.
* VIP all Weekend Access Entry tickets for Manhattan Vintage are included.
* This is a highly curated, limited-capacity experience designed for depth, not volume. The group is capped at 7 attendees max.
* You are not required to attend all of the events included in the full itinerary for the Bespoke Vintage Experience Weekend in NYC. This is your adventure and you are welcome to show up for what speaks to you throughout the coordinated itinerary!
Due to the limited capacity and high level of curation involved in this experience, all bookings are considered final and non-refundable.
Reservation Terms
* A non-refundable deposit of $850 is required to secure your spot
* Remaining non-refundable balance must be paid on or before September 1, 2026
Cancellations
* All payments are non-refundable, as your spot is reserved exclusively and cannot be replaced last-minute
* If you are unable to attend, you may request in writting to:
* Transfer your spot to another guest, or
* Apply your final payment as a credit toward a future styling or shopping experience with BrandWhy Style (to be used within 4 months of communicated cancellation date)
Experience Protection Clause
This experience is intentionally limited in size and curated in advance. Your booking secures not only your styling time, but also reservations and logistical planning that begin immediately upon confirmation.
